Fall is coming soon to NY, and that means the season of maple syrup is coming near! I am so excited! I’m getting ready…. I had a ton of strawberries from early summer in the freezer that needed to be used up. Into the blender they went, along with some homemade maple syrup, and a few other ingredients and I had myself a delicious treat! This Strawberry Maple Smoothie has simply the perfect amount of sweetness and simplicity. You must try it…

Word has it that the Native Americans of New York drank something similar to this smoothie. Pure simplicity and goodness. This combination of flavors has been around for so many years. Don’t take my word for it…..
