Whew!  It’s HOT outside here in New York!  It was about 93º today!   Good thing I can sit and relax in front of the fan, and party at Meet Up Monday LInk Party #90!   I can’t wait to see what you all have been up to!  This week, I finally got around to posting the recipe and the process of How to Make Your Own Kombucha Tea! I have been brewing it for almost a year now.  IT IS SOOOOOOOO GOOD, and so good for you. It is filled with tons of probiotics, vitamins, and minerals and tastes great!  I hope you give it a try.  It’s a great cold drink to enjoy on a hot summer day!

Welcome to Meet Up Monday LInk Party #89!   Can you believe it is already JUNE?!?!?  Time is flying by so fast!  There are 15 more days of classes that I need to teach and then ICELAND- here I come!  Can’t wait to spend 10 days there and see some pretty amazing things!  I am EXTRA excited that my husband is coming along on the trip and he will be our geologist. Now I will actually know what I am seeing when I see all those amazing formations and tectonic plates! 🙂 Do you have any travel plans for the summer?

I hope your past week went well!  I had a crazy week as I was coordinator for my school’s science fair.  After a REALLY long, stressful week, I decided to give myself a much needed DIY Natural Home Facial! Happy  Monday!  Hope you all had a great week!  It has been a bit of a rainy week here in NY, and that’s left me plenty of time indoors to work on concocting a slew of new DIY homemade bodycare/ skincare products for spring! (I have to get this skin in shape for showing- when wearing shorts, t-shirts, or skirts..)  Starting from the top down, I created this DIY Carrot and Cinnamon Exfoliating Sugar Scrub to help bring out the healthy layer skin on my face still in hibernation from the winter!  The special combination of Carrot Seed Oil and other yummy ingredients is helping me to my best face forward! 🙂 I’d love for you to try it! You will LOVE it!
